In 2013 Lutter travelled to Bad Münstereifel, Germany with a team of three assistants to photograph the 100-meter wide Effelsberg Radio Telescope. They worked for more than a month to produce just twenty large scale prints. Due to the nature of Lutter’s work, some images show the moving telescope in two different positions at the same time.
